Mindfulness Drawing Classes

Mindful drawing is for those who enjoy drawing and or art making and want to tap into the benefits that mindfulness provides. It is also a way for creative folks to draw with others and start filling up a sketchbook or art journal. The class is one hour long. We begin with some deep breaths and gentle movement and then set an intention for the session.
Then we start to draw or create art. Every Saturday there will be a different prompt or project. We start the class at 12 noon and ask that participants arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to come into the studio and take some time to arrive and settle in.
