About Lisa Rogers LCSW
Hello and welcome to The Mindful Therapy Studio! My name is Lisa Rogers. I provide psychotherapy for families, children, adolescents, and adults. I have been working in the field of mental health in both hospital and educational settings for the last 15 years. Clients who come to see me are most often experiencing discomfort that is interfering with their personal or family lives. I assist clients in working on a wide range of presenting concerns including depression and anxiety, life transitions, stress management, trauma, parent child conflicts, and chronic illness.
I am passionate about helping you set goals and objectives to reach your best self. I use a strengths based relational approach that nurtures hope in an atmosphere of compassion and kindness. I use a variety of modalities including traditional talk therapy, cognitive behavioral, expressive arts, and mindfulness based psychotherapies.
My philosophy of treatment is to help you grow by making the unconscious conscious. Many times our old ways of being in the world that once served us no longer work in our present every day life. Therapy can be a tool to empower you to transform adversity.
